Sirus Mining Solutions is celebrating 10 years in business this year. A milestone that is only reached by companies with strong values and a solid team who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when the times get tough.
When speaking to Steve Galea, Owner and Director of Sirus Mining Solutions and Hyundai Forklifts Mackay about his business’ success, he was quick to pass on the accolades to his experienced team and loyal clients.
“Our customers and employees are my number one priority. Most of our team members have been with us for up to eight years and some from the very beginning – a true testament to how they work together as a united front.
We have strong relationships with our clients built on a mutual respect for the work we do and the quality of our output. We work with businesses that have similar core values to us. That’s important.” Says Steve.
Steve Galea founded Sirus Mining Solutions after he recognised that the market was severely missing a supplier in the heavy industry and mining sector that truly valued and cared about their clients’ needs, providing unrivaled customer service and the best quality product and solution, every time and on time.
Over the past decade, it’s clear that the company values that they began with have always held true, and it’s the reason their clients hold them in such high esteem. “Our clients know that we prioritise being genuine, and they appreciate that. We’re loyal to them, and they reciprocate that loyalty back” continues Steve.
Looking back on the past ten years in business, Steve reminisces on the many leaps of faith he had to take in business, because after all, it takes risks to reap the rewards.
“Every big business decision has always been centred around recognising a need and knowing that we could do it better” comments Steve Galea.
Sirus Mining Solutions recently added to their repertoire of services and products, the hiring of underground man transporters, complimenting the Hyundai Forklift Dealership they acquired in 2018.
“We hadn’t considered hire prior to this opportunity presenting itself, but like every other opportunity over the past 10 years, we decided this was something worth pursuing and haven’t looked back since” continues Steve Galea.
